Thanks for reading! It's possible that I am measuring something wrong. I stored the projects in this repo (https://github.com/diogodanielsoaresferreira/quarkus-spring-boot-native-post).

For the application size, I am looking and the size of the *.jar and the runner artifacts generated by the projects.

For the startup time, I am looking at the startup logs of the applications.

Please note that I am comparing Spring Boot (not running in native mode) with Quarkus running in both native and non-native mode.
